We provide quality person-centred home care services for seniors across our physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, and dietetics services to support people like you maintain independence in your own home.

Your personal preferences are listened to, understood, and met to deliver personalised treatment programs to help you achieve your health goals.

Our home care service coverage is Australia-wide with our clinicians also available through Telehealth for your convenience - helping you save on transportation costs and accessibility challenges.

Home Care packages

We can assist clients under a variety of home care funding models including:

Home Care Packages (HCP) – This is a government-funded program that is broken into 4 levels – Level 1 being basic care needs, and Level 4 being High-level care needs.

Short Term Restorative Care (STRC) – STRC offers an 8-week program to support with rehabilitation. Our Allied Health Professionals will work in collaboration with you for a holistic approach to recovery. We offer Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Dietetics, Speech Pathology and Exercise Physiology.

Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) – CHSP offers a range of services at a subsidised rate to assist older Australians who wish to remain living at home. For those with CHSP funding we offer, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Dietetics, Speech Pathology and Exercise Physiology.

Support at Home Reforms – We are preparing for the support at home reforms under the aged care reform which will take place in 2025.
