1. Online Application

If you have found a position of interest on our job search page, we encourage you to apply online. It’s quick and easy!


Already registered with us? Simply log into your profile. Forgot your credentials? No worries, reset them effortlessly on our sign-in page.


During the application, attach your updated CV, cover letter, and answer a few brief questions.

Expect a confirmation email upon submission. If you don’t receive one, please reach out to the Talent Acquisition Partner listed in the job advertisement.


We strive to contact all candidates promptly, typically within 48 hours.

2. Shortlist

If your skills match our requirements, your Talent Acquisition Partner will contact you for a phone screening or a detailed discussion about the role.


Use this opportunity to highlight your experience and ask questions about Vivir Healthcare.

3. Interview

Shortlisted? Congratulations! You’ll be invited to a Teams interview with a Clinical Coordinator.


Interviews are behavioural and competency-based, focusing on your relevant experience and alignment with our role competencies.


Prepare with our Interview Tips, and remember to present a form of ID.

  • Have some great questions prepared about Vivir Healthcare or the role, we’ll always leave room at the end for you to ask.

4. Reference Check

Congratulations on reaching this stage! We value your candidacy and will contact your provided references.


While this stage may take time, rest assured we prioritise moving it forward swiftly. For updates or queries, your Talent Acquisition Partner is just a call away.

5. Employment Offer and

Pre-employment Checks

You’ve made it! We are equally thrilled about your journey with us. Your offer details will be sent to your application email.


Expect pre-employment checks, including health clearances and, if relevant, a children’s worker safety check as per National Working with Children’s requirement.


Start your pre-employment checks promptly upon accepting your offer, as they may take up to four weeks.


Handy tips and support will be available throughout the process from your dedicated Talent Partner or our onboarding experts.

6. Confirmation and Welcome

Once all checks are complete, an email will confirm your start date. We are excited to have you join the Vivir Healthcare team!
