Telehealth To You (TH2U) is an innovative combined Allied Health service that goes beyond standard Telehealth. ​
TH2U is our combined in-person and Telehealth bundle service. Our telehealth clinician leads, assesses, recommends, and documents your appointment virtually whilst our Allied Health Assistant attends to you or your client in-person.

At Vivir Healthcare, once we receive your referral, our team will support you with instructions for setting up the Telehealth session. Our team will guide you during the appointment and are trained to manage technology and safety considerations in Telehealth.

We use Microsoft Teams as our preferred secure platform. Generally, a device with an internet connection is required. Our Telehealth To You service will provide all the technology requirements, managed by an Allied Health Assistant. We support you through every step of setting up your Telehealth appointment, catered to your needs
4. Is Telehealth safe and secure?
We use a secure and protected server to guarantee the privacy and security of our clients’ personal and medical information.
Residential Aged Care Telehealth
We offer telehealth services directly to your aged care facility. This allows ongoing allied health input with no physical contact. Telehealth can be arranged for a single resident or for a group of residents requiring assessment and review.
Home Care Telehealth
We can provide community telehealth solutions to you or your clients at home, in both remote and regional areas, so you can have ongoing allied healthcare sessions where in-person visits might be limited.
